Through Self Determination you can apply funds to attend Dear Mom, conference.
*Please contact your FMS manager to request funds (purchase request) to attend Dear Mom, conference.
*Once funding has been approved, please have your FMS manager complete your registration directly under your name and pay for your ticket at checkout.
Dear Mom, Ticket price for funding is $425.00 per ticket. One authorization per person. Women’s Only Conference. Adult Only.
*After you fill out the registration form, your ticket may be added to your cart. Your cart is located in the top right corner of the page, at the end of the navigation menu.
*Refunds will not be issued past March 23, 2026
