Dear Mom, is just that! A dream birthed from a realization that friendship with another mom raising a person with Down syndrome is one of the strongest tools you’ll have on this journey.

Dear Mom, Conference is needed for us as much as it is needed for you. This is our invitation. That we come to know you, because we are you. You are welcome to join us on this journey, together. To pave new paths for seeking hope, finding your voice, and leaving your fears behind.

Amy Amaradio

Amy Amaradio is the Founder and President of Dear Mom, and lives in Laguna Beach, California, with her family. She is the proud mom of three children, Alexis, Rocco, and Gemma. Her son Rocco, who has Down syndrome, inspired a passion for creating meaningful connection and community for mothers raising individuals with Down syndrome and other neurodiverse needs.

Amy founded Dear Mom, in 2018 with a vision to create a space where moms could feel seen, supported, encouraged, and connected. What began as a heartfelt idea has grown into a national community and conference bringing hundreds of women together through shared experiences, meaningful conversations, resources, and lifelong friendships.

Through Dear Mom, Amy continues to build a community centered on connection, respite, encouragement, and the reminder that no mom should have to walk this journey alone.
