Security Policy
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors that comply with PCI-DSS standards. Dear Mom does not store or have access to your full credit card information. All pages transmitting sensitive information are protected using industry-standard encryption technologies (HTTPS/TLS).
Delivery Policy
Tickets are a digital purchase; no physical ticket will be provided. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after purchase to the email address provided at checkout. For admission to the event, please provide photo ID and be prepared to show your purchase confirmation via email or a printed confirmation page.
Return Policy
Any approved refunds are subject to deduction of non-refundable processing and transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers. After March 31, 2026, all ticket sales are final. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued within 8 weeks, excluding non-refundable processing fees.
Regional Center & Self-Determination Funding, Attendance & Non-Transferability Policy
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. Because Dear Mom commits conference-related costs in advance for each attendee, registrations funded through Regional Centers remain payable even if an attendee is unable to attend at the last minute or does not attend. Registrations are issued to a specific individual and may not be transferred to another person under any circumstances. All ticket sales are final after March 31, 2026.
If an attendee is unable to attend, they must notify Dear Mom directly as soon as possible. Attendees should not contact their Regional Center regarding attendance or reimbursement without first communicating with Dear Mom.
Vendor & Exhibitor Policy
Vendor booth purchases are separate from conference admission and require a separate registration. Vendor fees cover booth space only and do not include conference seating or attendance.
Vendor fees are non-refundable, except in the event of conference cancellation. Any approved refunds are subject to deduction of non-refundable processing and transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Vendors are responsible for staffing their booths at all times during exhibitor hours. Booths may not be left unattended. Dear Mom, is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Vendor invoices will be issued separately and must be paid in full by March 9th, 2026 to secure booth placement. Booth space is not confirmed until payment is received. Failure to submit payment by March 9th, 2026 may result in release of the booth space without obligation or liability.
